Refund Policy

Pre-launch notice: This refund policy is a placeholder and should be reviewed by legal counsel before Triucore LLC begins accepting payments.

1. Overview

Triucore LLC offers data-as-a-service products via subscription plans. This refund policy explains how refunds are handled for our paid services.

2. Subscription refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal. Refund requests made after this period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us at contact@triucore.com with your account email and a brief explanation. We aim to process refund requests within 5–7 business days.

4. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method via Lemon Squeezy. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-refundable items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • API usage already consumed during the billing period
  • Custom or enterprise plans with specific contract terms
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service

6. Plan cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your current plan until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle unless covered by our 14-day refund window.
