Terms of Service

Pre-launch notice: These terms of service are a placeholder and should be reviewed by legal counsel before Triucore LLC begins accepting payments or providing production access to its APIs.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Triucore LLC ("Triucore", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Services

Triucore provides data-as-a-service products delivered via REST APIs. Our products include technology detection, ecommerce monitoring, financial filing data, government contract tracking, and job board aggregation. Services are provided "as is" and availability may change as products are developed.

3. Accounts and API keys

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must not share API keys publicly or grant unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit our infrastructure
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse API access
  • Resell raw API data without adding meaningful value
  • Misrepresent data from our APIs as originating from another source

5. Payments and billing

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as Merchant of Record. Subscription terms, billing cycles, and payment methods are subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms. Triucore LLC is responsible for the product and service, while Lemon Squeezy handles billing and tax compliance.

6. Data accuracy

Triucore products provide data derived from publicly available sources. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee completeness or real-time accuracy. Data should not be used as the sole basis for financial, legal, or critical business decisions without independent verification.

7. Intellectual property

Triucore retains all rights to its platform, APIs, documentation, and brand assets. You retain ownership of data you provide to us and applications you build using our APIs.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triucore shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
