1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Triucore LLC ("Triucore", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Services

Triucore products may include hosted web applications, mobile applications, automation tools, APIs, data feeds, dashboards, and related services. Our current products include application products such as Triomark and data API products for technology detection, ecommerce monitoring, financial filing data, government contract tracking, and job board aggregation. Services are provided "as is" and availability may change as products are developed.

3. Accounts and credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, API keys, and connected third-party accounts. You must not share API keys publicly or grant unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use our services for unlawful purposes
Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit our infrastructure
Exceed rate limits or abuse API access
Resell raw API data without adding meaningful value
Misrepresent data from our APIs as originating from another source
Connect social accounts you do not own or administer
Use automation to spam, deceive, impersonate, or violate platform rules
Upload unlawful, infringing, or misleading content
Use Triucore products to send abusive or harmful content

5. User content and responsibility

Triomark and other application products help users create, schedule, and publish content. Users are responsible for the content they upload, generate, approve, schedule, or publish through the service. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of Triucore products complies with the terms and policies of connected social platforms.

6. Third-party platforms

Some products may integrate with third-party platforms such as social networks, app stores, payment providers, hosting providers, and analytics services. Use of those integrations may be subject to the third party's own terms and policies. Triucore does not guarantee that third-party platforms will accept, publish, preserve, or display scheduled content.

7. Payments and billing

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as Merchant of Record. Subscription terms, billing cycles, and payment methods are subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms. Triucore LLC is responsible for the product and service, while Lemon Squeezy handles billing and tax compliance.

8. Data accuracy

Triucore data API products provide data derived from publicly available sources. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee completeness or real-time accuracy. Data should not be used as the sole basis for financial, legal, or critical business decisions without independent verification. Triucore Insider provides public filing data and does not constitute financial advice.

9. Intellectual property

Triucore retains all rights to its platform, applications, APIs, documentation, and brand assets. You retain ownership of data you provide to us, content you create through our applications, and applications you build using our APIs.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triucore shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
